Coach Patrick works as a Coach and a History Teacher at Liberty High School. He is portrayed by Dorian Lockett.
Throughout the Series[]
Season 1[]
Coach Patrick is first seen when Clay asked him if Justin's at the gym class. Coach Patrick told Clay that Justin hadn't showed up the past few days. He asked Clay if Justin is in any trouble and to tell Justin to come and see him.[1]
According to Mr. Porter, he suspects that Justin has been abused at home. He noticed Justin and Jessica while shopping, and approached them. Justin explained to Coach Patrick that he was absent due to being sick, but Coach Patrick didn't seem to believe him and asked him if everything's all right at home. Justin told him that he will be there the next day and won't let him down, but Coach Patrick let him know that that isn't what he's worried about; he's worried that Justin won't be able to go to college because of his attendance.[2]
He coached during the basketball game in "Tape 4, Side A". In Clay's hallucination, Coach Patrick yelled at him to get off the field.
Season 2[]
Coach Patrick had to sit with the detention class, where he fell asleep. He woke up when Bryce's lawyer came to get Bryce to take him to The Courthouse. Justin convinced Coach Patrick to allow him, Tony and Clay to leave.[3]Appearances[]
