Officer Ted Wynn is a recurring character in the fourth season Netflix's 13 Reasons Why. Ted is a SRO who takes interest in Tony and his boxing abilities. He's portrayed by Matt Passmore.

Throughout the Series Edit

Season 4 Edit

After the school was vandalized with graffiti, Ted Wynn stopped Tony in the hallway because he had red paint on his hands. Tony told him that it's just from his auto body shop. Ted noticed that Tony is a boxer and seemed excited about that. He also mispronounced Tony's last name.[1]

When Tyler got called into the principal's office, Tony followed but if stopped by Ted in the hall. He told Tony that he has an independent boxing league and wants Tony to join.[2]

Ted talked to Sheriff Diaz about the boxing match with Tony that weekend. Ted had trained Tony for it and told Diaz that he's trying to get Tony to open up to him.

At the boxing match, Tony's opponent was much bigger than him, and things don't go well at first. Caleb was there and told Ted that Tony had an uppercut that can win him the fight. Ted told Tony to use it, which he then won the fight with.[3]

Tony is at the sheriff's station to meet with Ted about an upcoming boxing match. Ted talked with Tony about the preperations he needed to take before the next fight.[4]

At The Student Riot, Tony didn't make it out in time and got arrested. Ted showed up and came to his rescue. He then told him that he was the one who called the University of Nevada coach to come see his fight and mispronounced his name on purpose.[5]
